Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
1. Who we are
SheetBerry ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Meenu Chauhan, an individual based in India. These Terms govern your use of the SheetBerry website and any subscription you purchase through it.
2. Who can use this service
SheetBerry is designed for parents and guardians to access printable worksheets on behalf of their children. The account holder — the person who signs in and pays — must be an adult (18 or older). We do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal data directly from, children. See our Privacy Policy for more on this.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Worksheets are organised by grade. A subscription unlocks either one grade ("Single Grade") or every grade ("All Grades") for the billing cycle you choose — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly. A short preview of every worksheet is always visible without a subscription.
Monthly subscriptions may be offered at a reduced first-month price as a one-time introductory offer. This reduced price applies only to a user's first-ever monthly subscription; it does not apply again if you cancel and resubscribe, and it does not apply to quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly plans.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, until you cancel. Payments are collected via UPI Autopay or other instruments supported by our payment processor, PayU, under a standing-instruction mandate you authorise at checkout.
As required under the Reserve Bank of India's e-mandate framework for recurring payments, you will receive a notification at least 24 hours before each recurring charge, stating the amount and date of the debit. You may opt out of a specific charge or revoke the mandate entirely at any time from your Account page; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to your access after cancellation.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals and revokes the payment mandate; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable use
Worksheets are for personal, non-commercial use by your household or classroom. Please don't redistribute, resell, or scrape our content. Don't attempt to bypass the subscription/entitlement system or share account access in a way that circumvents per-grade billing.
6. Content accuracy
We aim for curriculum-aligned, accurate content, but worksheets are supplementary practice material, not a substitute for formal schooling or professional educational advice. We don't guarantee the content is error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
SheetBerry is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in payment regulation (such as RBI's e-mandate framework) or data protection law (such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as its rules come into force). We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
9. Governing law and grievance redressal
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For any complaint or grievance, please see our Contact & Grievance Officer page.
